West Coast University campuses and classroom facilities include gathering spaces that encourage connections between students, faculty and associates. The classrooms at each campus integrate advanced technology including permanently mounted projectors, projection screens, and interactive whiteboards. Study rooms, food service areas, and computer labs are also provided to support students.

The Manchester Building is located off Interstate 5 (Santa Ana Freeway) in Anaheim near Harbor Blvd and Katella.


The Manchester Building houses a range of instructional and student support facilities, including a Dental Hygiene simulation laboratory and two Dental Hygiene Patient Clinics. This facility has a total of 37,912 sq. ft. that consists of 6 Classrooms -one of which is equipped with 32 computer stations- along with  2 Lab Rooms. Additional Spaces include a GE Supply Room, Dental Hygiene Clinic Supply Room, and a student testing ADA room equipped with 3 computers. Students also have access to a Nursing/Quiet room, 2 dedicated study rooms, a student atrium that doubles as an informal study space, and a library. Altogether, there are a total of 35 computer stations available - 32 in a classroom and 3 in the ADA testing space.

Learning Site is located off Interstate 5 (Santa Ana Freeway) at the Brookhurst/La Palma exit. It is less than 5 miles from the Orange County Manchester building.

The La Palma facility encompasses a total of 38,496 sq. ft. and is designed to support a wide range of academic and support services. The facility includes 9 Classrooms, 3  fully equipped Nursing Skills Labs, and 6 Simulation Pods that provide students with immersive, hands-on training experiences. The facility features 9 Student Study Rooms and 3 Student Lounges, 1 Quiet Room and a dedicated library. 9 Computers are available in ADA testing room. Additional learning site resources include 6 storage rooms, a state-of-the-art Innovation lab to support instructional activities and program development, and Cafe Moore, a full-service cafe offering a wide variety of food and beverages. Restrooms are available on all floors for the convenience of students, faculty, and staff.
