This course explores the principles and theories of health promotion and disease management for individuals, families, and communities. Students gain advanced nursing knowledge for disease management and illness prevention focusing on primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention through exploration and application of clinical guidelines, health screenings, and primary care models.
